With over 35 dedicated tutors, we’re expanding our team across Canada to empower students with the skills and confidence to succeed. We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced educators who love helping students overcome learning challenges and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment.

​Are You the Right Fit?

We’re seeking tutors who are passionate, adaptable, and committed to student success. 
Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience, with a knack for connecting with students facing learning challenges.

  • Comfort with modern communication tools and learning software to deliver engaging lessons.

  • Eagerness to learn innovative teaching methods and adapt to individual student needs.

  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and interpersonal skills.

  • Post-secondary certificates, diplomas or degrees in Education, Linguistics, Orton Gillingham,TESL, or related fields.

Valued Skills We Seek

  • A valid provincial or territorial teaching certification from any Canadian province or territory.

  • Degrees in Education, Linguistics, TESL, Math & Science.

  • Certification or Diplomas in the areas of Special Education, Autism Support and Behavioral Intervention.

  • Orton Gillingham Certification and Training in Reading and or Math

  • Access to a vehicle for in-person sessions and availability for both online and in-person tutoring.

Where & What We Teach

Our tutors have been serving communities across the BC Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Tri-Cities, Ridge Meadows, Surrey, Langley, Delta, and the Fraser Valley for the last 10 years. We now have tutors also serving communities in Winnipeg, Toronto and London, Ontario. While our core focus is reading, many tutors also support students in spelling through phonics, writing and multisensory math, tailoring lessons to each learner’s unique needs.
